SUMMER WORK EXPERIENCE

The equivalent of eight 40-hour weeks of practical work experience in the hospitality industry is required two of three summers for all H/R majors. Credit for this experience is possible by permission of the department chair person and fulfilling all requirements including submitting prescribed reports. Under certain circumstances, with the approval of the department chairperson, the work experience may be carried on during the academic year.
