Basic Grammar

Students will be able to recognize the form, meaning, and function of basic grammatical points such as primary tenses and structures related to parts of speech. Students will demonstrate both declarative and procedural knowledge of how the forms explored are used appropriately in context. A heavier focus will be placed on oral and lesser on written proficiency at this level.
