School Nurse Internship

This internship prepares Bachelor of Science in Nursing prepared registered nurses (RNs) for school nursing practice, including the provision of school health services for children and youth, in alignment with national standards and Ohio requirements. School nurse interns not currently employed in a district must arrange a clinical placement within nearby districts. The internship is a faculty-supervised experience where students demonstrate competencies in school nursing practice and professional performance.
