M3.SPECIAL - Specialization, MBA

College of Business and Economics proposes a new MBA specialization, Management Science (STEM), to address the growing demand for quantitative business education. The new program will not require creating any additional classes and will include the following existing courses (see attached document for rationale): - MBA 546 Business Analytics I - MBA 547 Business Analytics II, choice of two courses from the following electives: - MBA 502 Managerial Economics - MBA 545 Business Intelligence and Data Analytics - MBA 548 Analytical Modeling for Decision Making, - MBA 576 Six Sigma (see the Table of Courses for Catalog Listing). This specialization will receive a separate CIP code: 52.1301.
