This course examines legal, ethical, and labor relations issues in educational leadership, emphasizing the Ohio Educator Code of Conduct. Topics include case law, professional ethics, and best practices in educator-student relationships. Students will analyze ethical dilemmas, labor relations scenarios, and legal compliance issues relevant to educational environments.
