Employee Leadership & Evaluation

This course provides principal candidates with the theoretical and practical foundations of leadership and evaluation within organizational settings, focusing on the development and assessment of employee performance. Grounded in the Ohio Standards for Principals, the Ohio Teacher Evaluation System (OTES) Framework, and the OTES 2.0 Rubric, the course prepares students to effectively lead teams, foster professional growth, and implement equitable evaluation practices. Topics include leadership theories, communication strategies, employee development, and data-driven evaluation methodologies.
