Change Process & Professional Staff Development

This graduate-level course explores the theories, strategies, and practices associated with change processes in educational settings and professional staff development. Participants will examine change models, leadership strategies, and Ohio's Standards for Professional Development to design and evaluate effective professional learning initiatives. The course emphasizes aligning change strategies with organizational goals, fostering collaborative cultures, and developing actionable plans for continuous improvement.
