Legal, Ethical, and Professional Issues In Educational Leadership

This course covers basic school law and legal principles originating in constitutional, statutory, judicial, and common law relevant to the legal framework of public education, including special education law and its applicability in Ohio. Participants will be equipped with skills and legal knowledge to make good decisions as school administrators.
