Fiscal Resource Management

This course will focus on the application of fiscal management in order to lead and operate a school building. The student will learn about annual budgets, multi-year fiscal plans, budgetary priorities, accounting and cost control procedures, and fiscal records. In addition, the student will learn to allocate and manage resources for a school building, including strategic planning and technology to support staff instruction and student learning.
