Human Resource Management

This course will examine concepts that can be used in the various human resources functions of a building or district educational leadership. Through the acquisition of these concepts, the student will help promote district and building level goals as well as the success of all student groups. This course is designed for a student seeking a license as a school principal. The student will acquire and apply the human resources functions that help support building level goals and promote success for all student groups.
